1. Eligibility

CrawlerList is for adults only. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that viewing adult content is legal where you live. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the site.

2. The service

CrawlerList is a directory that aggregates publicly posted adult classified listings from third-party sources. We do not create, produce, or host the underlying listings. We provide a search and discovery layer over content that already exists on the public web.

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

3. Listings & user content

All listings on CrawlerList originate from independent third parties. We do not verify, endorse, or vouch for the identity, age, claims, services, or conduct of any poster. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before contacting or meeting anyone.

If you post a listing, you represent that you have the legal right to post it, that all persons depicted are at least 18 years old, that you have all necessary consents, and that the listing complies with these terms and applicable law.

4. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use CrawlerList to post, share, link to, or facilitate any of the following:

• Any content depicting or involving anyone under the age of 18
• Human trafficking, coerced labor, or sexual exploitation of any kind
• Non-consensual content, including revenge content or covertly recorded material
• Threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or impersonation
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or fake redirects
• Content that violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction
• Automated scraping, framing, or bulk-downloading of CrawlerList content without prior written permission

We may remove any content and terminate any user at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for actual or suspected violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The CrawlerList name, logo, code, design, and aggregated layout are the property of CrawlerList and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Listings remain the property of their original posters. By posting, you grant CrawlerList a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and aggregate your listing for the purposes of operating the service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

CrawlerList is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlerList, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, any listings on the service, or any interactions with other users.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CrawlerList shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrawlerList, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use of CrawlerList after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction.
