18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

1. CrawlerList's role

CrawlerList is an aggregator and directory of publicly posted adult classified listings. With respect to any visual content displayed on this website, CrawlerList does not create, produce, or commission that content. We are not a "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A) or in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) of any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear on this site.

All visual content originates from independent third-party content producers (the original posters of each listing or the platforms from which listings are aggregated). Those third parties are the producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and bear sole responsibility for compliance with the recordkeeping requirements of that statute.

2. Records of original producers

To the extent any visual content displayed on CrawlerList depicts actual sexually explicit conduct subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 recordkeeping requirements, the records required by that section are maintained by the original producer(s) of the content, not by CrawlerList. The records location, custodian, and contact information are the responsibility of those producers and should be available on the original source page where the content was first published.

If you are a content producer whose work has been aggregated on CrawlerList and you wish to update, correct, or remove your content, contact removal@crawlerlist.net.

3. Age representation

By posting content to CrawlerList or by submitting a listing for aggregation, the poster represents and warrants that:

• Every individual depicted in the content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created;
• The poster has obtained, verified, and retained government-issued photo identification confirming the age of every depicted individual; and
• The poster maintains all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations.

CrawlerList relies on these representations from posters and from the upstream sources from which listings are aggregated.

4. Reporting underage content

If you believe content displayed on CrawlerList depicts a person under the age of 18, contact us immediately at abuse@crawlerlist.net. We treat these reports as the highest priority and will remove confirmed content immediately upon verification.
